In a transformative somatic workshop, I delve into the concept of a feminine embodiment regarding life callings and life purpose. The session focuses on releasing and overcoming the felt barriers that impede us from fully embracing their life path. Through a series of embodied practices explore how reconnecting with the body and inner wisdom can lead to a deeper understanding of dream, goals and courage. By acknowledging and releasing internal and external obstacles, we are guided towards a path of empowerment, resilience, and alignment with life purpose.
